Millbrook Women are welcoming new players to join our friendly, sociable and newly formed, competitive team in the heart of Southampton.

Whether you are a novice player, wanting to give rugby a try, or a seasoned player, looking to put back on your boots - there is a position for you all in our squad.

We have a range of ages, skills and ability and will be competing at a level to suit all.

Membership with us is just £25 for the year ! Cheaper and more fun than any gym membership.

Training is every Tuesday and Thursday (7-8.30pm) and matches most weekends.
