Millbrook Rugby Football Club

The third team is by far the most well-rounded team in the club, take that how you will. With a good mix of former first and second team players taking the time to bring the newer members for the club through, in a good old rugby apprenticeship. Teaching them the tricks of the trade on the pitch but also the social side off it. The lads try to run out twice a month if they have stopped hurting from the last game.
We will be looking to add these lads into a league next year due to the numbers we currently have available on a weekly basis.
