Rugby Tonight Update - Written by Dan Wade on 28/02/2015

Ok people, unfortunately, our proposed date of 6th April has fallen through due to TV scheduling.  However, they have offered us 24th April for the same gig. That is the last Friday in April.  Of course, this does pose a problem as it's a Friday rather than a bank holiday Monday so I need to know if people can still make it or not before I go booking coaches and everything.  Tag as many people as you can and spread the word. Millbrook to Go Live on BT Sports Rugby Tonight - Written by Dan Wade on 20/11/2014

I'm sure most of you have seen or enjoyed BT Sports Rugby Tonight TV programme. If not, the general idea is a TV magazine show all about rugby, host by Matt Dawson, Austin Healey, Lawrence Dallaglio and Ben Kay. They have stars from the rugby world each week and always do some demo in the studio. They also have a couple of grass roots rugby teams on the show to help them. This weekend is the Movember 2014 Quiz Night.... Saturday 22 November 2014. The quiz is for teams of 4 - 6 people, with a small fee to enter and prizes to win throughout the evening .... including a prize for the best Movember Moustache. The draw for the next round of the Junior Vase has been made and we're away to Chipstead on 3rd January 2015. They currently play in Surrey 1 so this will be no easy game, but just think, 3 wins and we'll be playing at Twickenham! TONIGHT, Friday 7th November, Millbrook RFC are holding a floodlit evening game to mark the installation of their brand new floodlights.  Millbrook RFC, who play their games at 5 acres, were able to obtain the floodlights with the help of the RFU and Southampton City Council alongside some internal fundraising.
