Millbrook RFC are proud to announce that the scouts have been sent out and believe they have located a new rising star. The player in question, a Mr. Jonah Lomu, hails from a small island on the other side of the world. His pedigree in rugby is unknown, but due to his size, he will more than likely be a second row. The rugby union season (and the 2015 Rugby World Cup) are upon us so here's an update of what's on at Millbrook RFC in September...   Most foremost this weekend, Saturday 12th September, kicks off with a Millbrook RFC registration day. This is for all players, young and old, new and experienced to come along!!! We've created a MRFC Fantasy League for all members of the club to join in and select your team. The Webb Ellis Cup is coming: With 42 days to go the Rugby World Cup Trophy has begun its tour of the British Isle and it will be visiting Eastleigh RFC on Wednesday 26th August from 1100-1300. To give the day a special flavour Eastleigh RFC are inviting local businesses and organisations to participate in a ‘Touch Rugby World Cup’ festival.
